"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, [a] nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortionerswill inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God." 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (NKJV)
[a] - 1 Corinthians 6:9 That is, catamites (noun a boy or youth who is in a sexual relationship with a man.)
It is not just homosexuality per se, it is all that God has deemed as sin that keeps us from a right relationship with Him, and makes us enemies of God. So, if the criteria are people loving each other, what if three people love each other? Should they be free to marry as well?
The institution of marriage is to be a picture of Jesus Christ (The Groom) and The Church (The Bride) made up of all His followers that repent and put their trust in the Savior. That is the Good News we are dead in our sin, owing to a debt we cannot pay therefore earning Hell and separation from A Holy and Righteous God. BUT, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
I beg you to consider the free offer of salvation while you still have breath. When your life is over, so are your chances to repent, and trust the Savior Jesus Christ who died so that you may live guiltless today and live forever with Him in paradise.
Choose Jesus Christ and Live!
